Korean BBQ Ribeye & Asparagus Roll
Looking for a great treat that is affordable and delicious? We often refer to this recipe as “Beef Candy” and has become a hit with everyone at my family gatherings. I love it because it is also Gourmet on the Cheap! Instead of cooking steaks for everyone, I only buy 1 lb of thinly sliced ribeye for every four adults cutting my cost in half. This recipe is prepared 24 hours in advance so when it comes to grilling, it only takes about 10 minutes to cook. I buy pre-sliced beef from Wegmans, if you live near a store.
This weekend I have been tasked to prepare food for 8 people on a camping trip in Lake George and this recipe made the list. It will be a nice change from the typical hotdogs and hamburgers. I hope you like it as much as our family does and give it a try for Labor Day weekend! Enjoy.
